For one full year following the substantial completion of your project, Vullyn guarantees that all work performed by our team will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Should any covered issues arise within this 12-month period, our dedicated maintenance team will address them promptly and professionally, at no additional cost to you.
While we cover our craftsmanship extensively, our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from misuse or neglect, alterations made by third parties after project completion, or extreme environmental factors. Specific material warranties provided directly by manufacturers may extend beyond our 1-year coverage.
